Interstate 69 From either North or South of Fort Wayne:

Take I-69 Exit 111A.
Follow Lima Road south.
After crossing Coliseum Blvd., follow Wells Street, which forks to the right.
At the stoplight, turn right onto Franke Park Drive.
At the 3-way stop, turn left onto Sherman Blvd. to the Zoo entrance.

From South of Fort Wayne:

Take US 27 North (Lafayette Street) through the city to State Blvd.
Turn Left (west) on State Blvd.
Follow State to Sherman Blvd. and turn right.
Follow Sherman Blvd. to the Zoo entrance.

From West of Fort Wayne:

Take US 30 East.
Take 930 East (Coliseum Blvd.) to Lima Road.
Turn Right (south) onto Lima Road.
Follow Wells Street, which forks to the right.
At the stoplight, turn right onto Franke Park Drive.
At the 3-way stop, turn left onto Sherman Blvd. to the Zoo entrance.

From East of Fort Wayne:

Take US 30 West into Fort Wayne.
Take 930 West (Coliseum Blvd.) to Lima Road.
Turn Left (south) onto Lima Road.
Follow Wells Street, which forks to the right.
At the stoplight, turn right onto Franke Park Drive.
At the 3-way stop, turn left onto Sherman Blvd. to the Zoo entrance.
