Registration Information and Cancellation Policy

Programs are held rain or shine.   You will receive e-mail confirmation.  Openings are limited, so register early to avoid disappointment.  Children must meet age requirements on the first day of all programs (no exceptions).  Refunds (minus a 10% processing fee) are available if you cancel at least 2 weeks before your session begins.  The zoo reserves the right to cancel programs with insufficient registration.  In this event, a full refund will be issued.

When can I register?

BasicPlus, Zoo Friend, Zoo Booster, Safari Club, Director’s Circle, and King of the Jungle members can register beginning February 1.  All others may register beginning February 8.

10% Discount for Basic Plus, Zoo Friend, Zoo Booster, Safari Club, and Director’s Circle, and King of the Jungle members.

Summer Safari Campership Fund

Help sponsor an underprivileged child’s week at Summer Safari!  A contribution to our Summer Safari Campership Fund will help provide an unforgettable experience for a child.  Simply add your donation when you check out.
