More than 1,500 people came to the zoo to meet animal adventurer Jack Hanna.


Jack Hanna a Hit!

More than 1,500 people turned out on Thursday, September 13 to meet animal adventurer “Jungle Jack” Hanna. The author and host of Jack Hanna’s Animal Adventures signed hundreds of autographs for fans of all ages and posed for countless pictures. All who met Hanna were impressed how he took the time to speak with every visitor. Be sure to watch Jack Hanna on TV right after The Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo’s Zoo to You show on Indiana’s NewsCenter every Saturday morning.

Hanna signed everything, including photos, hats, t-shirts, and even shoes.

Hours

The zoo is open everyday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. through October 14.  Admission is $8.00 for adults, $5.00 for children age 2-14 and $7.00 for seniors age 60 and over. Babies age one and under and Zoo Society Members are admitted free.
